Pale Waves

Pale Waves share new single ‘My Obsession’

Pale Waves are back with another aching and ridiculously catchy pop song ‘My Obsession’.

The Manchester four-piece have already released three pop fuelled tracks ‘There’s A Honey’, ‘Television Romance’ and ‘New Year’s Eve’, the new cut is an expertly crafted love song solidifying their signature sound which has become instantly recognisable over the past year.

Pale Waves have had an amazing year with too many landmarks to mention, and show no signs of their momentum slowing down as we head into 2018 which is set to be their year.

The song is about two lovers who will never be separated no matter what. Lead singer and guitarist said in The Fader: “Obsession with this person and how much they mean to her.

“It also deals with loving someone as a whole even their flaws as Ciara and Heather stated.”

Overall the song is another strong pop song, drenched in gloom, which is very fitting for the music video is a shadowy visual fitting the song’s plunge into infatuation.

Pale Waves are one to watch make sure to catch them on their upcoming tour and see them in small venues while you still can!
