With 2016 over, we look ahead to what musical talent 2017 can offer, and with the masses of acts out there in the industry there is plenty for us to get excited about. Throughout January, ICM will be highlighting one new band each day and showing just why they should be on your music radar. Our 2nd act is Will Joseph Cook.

Will Joseph Cook first emerged in 2015 with insanely catchy ‘Message’ and ‘Streets of Paris’. During his first year he released two EP’s, ‘You Run I Jump’ and ‘Proof Enough’. Throughout 2016 however he started the build up towards his debut LP by releasing three singles, ‘Girls Like Me’, ‘Take Me Dancing’ and ‘Sweet Dreamer’. Having gained a remarkable amount of attention from the music industry, he has had his tracks played on major national radio stations, he has attended incredible music festivals and also gained respect from fellow musicians, for example, Wolf Alice, who did a remix of ‘Take Me Dancing’.

With us heading into 2017, Will Joseph Cook has plans to release his Debut LP in early spring.

Leading up to the release he will be supporting ICMAward Track Of The Year winners Sundara Karma as they tour the nation in February. No doubt he will also take full advantage of festival season and take his new album around the country to music fans.

We will be announcing a new band every day throughout the entirety of January and the ICM long list will be announced on February 1st.
